The Vision Behind Blanco

"I started Blanco because I wanted Indore to have a bakery that didn't compromise — on ingredients, on craftsmanship, or on the experience. Every item on our menu is something I'm proud to serve."

Our founder, a trained pastry chef with over a decade of experience across Mumbai and Pune, returned to Indore in 2019 with a singular mission: to build a bakery that blends European artisan techniques with the warmth of Indian hospitality.

Today, Blanco is more than a business — it's a daily ritual for thousands of Indoreans who start their mornings with our bread, celebrate milestones with our cakes, and unwind afternoons with our coffee.
